1 pie crust, unbaked
Coat bottom of crust with Dion mustard to taste
Sprinkle with brown sugar to taste
Layer of shredded Swiss cheese
Layer of sliced tomatoes
Layer of thinly sliced yellow or zucchini squash tossed with olive oil, basil, garlic, & thyme
Layer of parmesan cheese
Layer of Swiss cheese
Bake @350 for 1 hour, first half covered, second half uncovered.
