Tomato Squash Casserole

3 squash sliced and cooked tender

sauté:
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped onion
¼ stick butter

add: 2 tbsp. flour+3 tbsp. brown sugar + 16 oz. can tomatoes, drained.

Alternate layers of squash and sauce in dish. Cover with grated cheese and crushed saltines. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
