My Vegetarian College Roommate’s Squash Casserole

2 cups cooked squash |
1 cup chopped onion 1 cup grated sharp cheddar 1 cup milk 2 cup saltine crackers mashed |
Mash squash and add other ingredients. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. You can vary the amounts of squash, onion, and crackers and it always turns out well.
