Roasted Brussels Sprouts

You mix the Brussel sprouts with a little olive oil, sliced onions, salt (kosher) and pepper. Roast at 425. The recipe said 25-30 min. I roasted mine for 25 and it was a little too long. I'll try 20 next time. I like Brussel sprouts slightly crisp in the center
