Mom’s Squash Casserole

Mix together 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 cup sour cream. Add a little less than 1 can chopped water chestnuts. Set aside. Steam 3-4 yellow squash, sliced, with ½ onion, chopped. Layer squash, Peppridge Farm dressing, and soup mix in a casserole dish. Top with more Pepp. Farm dressing, canned onions, or anything crunchy. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
