Tamsey’s Green Beans
Here is another recipe, a Tamsey original. I am picky about the beans because the Bird’s Eye ones are so much better than any other frozen green beans I’ve tried.
Cook a 1 lb bag Bird’s Eye Fresh Cut Frozen Green Beans according to the package directions being careful not to over cook. They are best if still a little crunchy. Season with Good Seasons Zesty Italian salad dressing (this is the stuff that comes in the packet and you mix with oil and vinegar….I use all vinegar, no water and extra virgin olive oil). Sprinkle with feta cheese and a little dill. Mix and serve. Yum, Yum
