Summer Garden Saute
Beth - a friend stopped by with lots of yellow squash and tomatoes yesterday so I made up a recipe. This feeds two.

two or three yellow squashes, sliced into thin rounds
two or three tomatoes, peeled and and cut into pieces
onion cut into little wedgy pieces
two (or more) cloves of garlic, chopped
two Johnsonville Three Cheese Italian Style Chicken Sausage Links, sliced into rounds
      (any sausage will do)
good splash of good balsamic vinegar
fresh grated parmesan cheese
dash of dried dill
butter for frying

In large skillet, saute squash and onions in butter until squash starts to brown. Add garlic and tomatoes, a dash of dill and sausage. Splash with vinegar and sprinkle in cheese, stiring until the juice sort of thickens. Add salt, pepper and more parmesan to taste.
