Summer Linguini

summer linguini4 large tomatoes, chopped (I also always peel)
8 oz Brie, coarsely chopped
1 cup chopped fresh basil
5 pressed garlic cloves

1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

1 1/2 lbs linguini or any pasta of your choice
freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Combine the 1st group in a large bowl and mix gently. Whisk next group together then add to the 1st group.  Mix gently then let stand covered at room temp. for an hour or longer.  Toss pasta with tomato mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
