BLACK BEAN & FETA SALAD

1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
1½ cup chopped tomatoes
1½ cups cooked rice or couscous
3½ oz crumbled feta cheese
½ cup Italian dressing
2 TBL chopped, fresh cilantro or parsley

 

Ed. note: I'm assuming you mix all this together, then eat it.
