After trying various recipes I think the best is:

a can of minced clams, boil the juice down by ½
a can of Progresso White Clam Spaghetti Sauce
a hunk of chopped fresh parsley

That is, until I had this dish in Havre de Grace.  There it was made with Alfredo type sauce, fresh clams in their shells, and parsley.
