Sweet and Sour Chicken/Pork/Shrimp

1 1/2 lbs cut up meat or shrimp 2 eggs 3 T flour 3/4 cup oil 1/2 cup chicken bouillion 3 large peppers, diced 6 slices pineapple |
2 T cornstarch 2 T soy sauce 1 t Accent 3/4 cup vinegar 3/4 cu pineapple juice 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 t salt pepper |
Combine eggs, flour, salt, pepper. Dip meat in batter and fry in oil until brown. Remove meat and keep hot. Pour out all but 1 T oil from skillet. Add bouillion, green pepper and pineapple. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients and add. Cook until thick and clear. Add meat.
