O'Mom's Roast Beef
Have standing rib roast at room temperature and put in 350 degree over for one hour. Turn oven off - DO NOT OPEN - remember...Mom used to tape the door shut. After several hours turn oven on to 350 degrees and bake 40 minutes.
Note from Mom: When I saw the roast beef recipe I remembered that after several successes with it I cooked one that turned out way underdone. Can you take that one off, Beth? Or anyone who uses it cook it longer than the recipe says.
