Grilled Salmon

1/4 cup Soy Sauce
3/4 cup olive oil
6 salmon fillets, about 5 oz. each
freshly ground black pepper

Mix soy sauce and oil in a ziplock bag, marinate salmon for an hour, turning frequently.  When coals are hot place the salmon on the grill skin side down and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.  DO NOT TURN THE SALMON OVER.  Since fillets vary in thickness the temperature might vary - check the fish a little before 10 minutes.
