Chip Beef and Artichoke Hearts
Mom

1/4 cup butter
1/4 lb chipped beef
1 can mushroom soup
1 can artichoke hearts, sliced
1/2 cup coffee cream
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
toasted almonds

Cut beef into strips and frizzle in butter. Add soup, cream and cheese. Blend. Add hearts and heat well. Sprinkle with toasted almonds.

Ed. note: Mom thinks this is to be served over thin toast or rice or noodles, but wasn't sure. Seems it could also be used as a dip.
