Corn Bread

Ed. note: My friend Jean made this at the beach and it is a very tasty, moist corn bread.
1 8oz. box Jiffy Cornbread mix Whisk all ingredients except cornbread mix. Stir in cornbread mix until large lumps disappear. Place in greased 9x9 baking dish or, if doubled, 9 x 13. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers. |
