Oyster Roll
Mom - This recipe came from Jean Bernard

Cream 2 8-oz. packages cream cheese and 2 or 3 t mayo. Add 2 t Worchester sauce, 1/2 pressed small onion and one larged pressed garlic clove. Mix well. Spread mixture into 1/2 in. thick rectange on waxed paper. Chop 2 3 1/2 oz. cans smoked oysters and spread on cheese. Bring long ends of waxed paper together to form jelly roll shape. Fold under short ends of paper. Chill 24 hours. Remove paper. Place crease side down o platter. Smooth roll with metal spatula.
