Crab Stuffed Pasteries
Sharon Sain (a Pipestem friend of Beth's)

2 8oz packages softened cream cheese
1/4 cup mayo (real kind but I don't know if that matters)
1/3 sour cream (no fat)
1 jalapeno minced
about two teaspoons lemon juice
A heaping of Old Bay seasoning (probably a couple of tablespoons)
fresh crab meat - at least a half a pound - the more the crabbier. I used the claw meat packaged in the container from the seafood section @ Kroger
Thoroughly mix cream cheeses, mayo and sour cream until smooth.  Mix in jalapeno, lemon, and Old Bay.  Gently fold in crab meat and spoon into the shells to bake.  I removed them from the oven when they were browned and puffed, again about 15 minutes.  And, oh yeah, I sometimes mix in minced onion or chives.
Not an exact recipe but it usually comes out fine.
