Sausage Cheese Dip
Mom

1 lb. Sausage, cooked, and mild or hot
1 lb. Velveeta
16 oz. salsa, hot, medium or mild

Drain fat off the sausage then place it, the salsa, and the Velveeta in a small crock pot or pan on the stove.  Heat until the cheese is melted.  Serve with either tortilla or Frito dippers.  Keep the stuff hot if possible.
