Black Olive Spread
Mom - Beth's note: delicious, but salty.
1 C pitted Kalamata Olives (Kroger has pitted ones in the deli) 3 cloves garlic, peeled 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons chopped oregano leaves 2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley |

Combine all ingregients in a food processor, pulse the machine on and off till just pureed. It should have bit of texture. Store in fridge for up to a week. Wonderful on crackers, with or without brie or cream cheese.
